Can anyone solve this anagram?

There's a sketch on the classic Britcom "Monty Python's Flying Circus" about a guy who speaks only in anagrams. His name is HAMRAG YATLEROT, also an anagram. His first name is obviously Graham, they even say so in the sketch, but I can't figure out his last name!! Word of warning: some last names on the show are a bit weird ("Mrs. Ratbag," etc.) so that is also a possibility. Online anagram solvers weren't much help because they don't look for proper names.

Any ideas?

Some great possibilities there, thanks everyone! I guess we'll never know unless we ask one of the "boys" themselves.

Graham is gone, unfortunately.

What about Tatleroy?

Just for kicks, check out youtube for graham chapmans eulogy, its pretty good. I won't post it here, as it contains four letter words, but its very Python!
