Enclosed are two pictures of both sides (back and front sides) of a small wooden framed image. Frame size is 4 1/2 by 5 1/4 inches. Image within frame is approx. 2 1/2 by 3 1/4 inches in size. Back of frame has marking 'MADE IN HONG KONG.' What is the value of this framed image?

First question is..Who painted the picture, or print?
Any kind of provenience, other than the Made in Hong Kong label?

No known provenance - picture/print a reproduction. The wooden frame is what may make this item more of value than a common reproduction picture with a plastic frame.

Picture with frame was likely a fairly mass produced item. Yet, very little information (if any) on this (or similar) items were noted online.

Welcome to Tnet.

There do seem to be other examples as prints, usually in larger sizes, but with no indication of who the original artist was:

I wouldn’t think yours has any particular value. AS you say, ‘Made in Hong Kong’ is usually an indicator for something mass-produced for export to the West and whatever value it might have will be in the frame, not the picture.
