Can you identify??

Take a look at this button strand. Located at the 1845 House dig. They appear to have been in a strand/strap, all in a row and connected by some fabric or leather. I think it is from a horse bridle or something like that. Maybe even a fancy boot. No letters or words on any of the buttons. Let me know what you all think. Thanks jgas

I have found items just like this in ares where there was a lot of horse items.. ?? if that helps?

Thanks for the insight to the dog collar buttons. Go figure, one of my other threads spoke of a can of morgan...That ended up being a can full of ashes from a dog. I need to stop digging up animals! LOL...Thanks again for the replies...HH JGAS.
