You have helped me identify shell fragments I have found when detecting. My friend bought these at a shop in VA. Any insight? image (38).jpeg image (39).jpeg image (40).jpeg

The 1st and 3rd photos seem to be showing the same fragment... a portion of the fuze-hole from a 12-Pounder (4.62"-caliber) US Bormann-fuzed roundshell (cannonball).

To ID the fragment in the 2nd photo, I need to see its other side, and a view of the non-threaded end. Also need accurate measurement of its length.
