Cant Go Back

This just started happening a month ago. The blue < button ceases to function and I have
to scroll up to Forum to get it to work awhile. Help please.

i just changed to firefox and everything works better

That happens sometimes when I use IE as well. If so, try hitting the 'esc' button on your keyboard ( top left).
Then the back button on your screen.
