Can't post pictures

For some reason I can't post pictures. I have deleted some old ones hoping it is a memory problem, but it didn't seem to work. Any suggestions?

1st - I moved this request from North American Indian Artifacts over to HELP! for more exposure.

2nd - If you are using TN's Mobile Application - the provider stopped supporting it. Go with the latest and greatest version of Tapatalk.

Make sure you use Paint and not Paint.net to downsize your pics. I was trying it earlier with Paint.net and it would not upload.
