The owner of the plantation house contacted me last week to let me know that the old carriage house that was falling over was just bulldozed over. You can see it in the background behind that goofball in the funny hat. :tongue3:
Some of the large old pieces that were inside are pictured too.
I detected where the carriage house used to sit, and found some asst'd relics.
I have no idea what some of them are? Any guesses??? ???
The spigot looks to be fairly old I'm guessing.
The heavy brass tapered piece with round end looks like a flag pole end possibly. CW piece?
Not sure what the "1862" dated copper band was, but the two ends were soldered together and the date is on the inside.
Nothing much, but thanks for looking.

The third item looks like a drawer pull?? I dunno... it it threaded?

The silver plated one that looks like a tall flying saucer is hollow, 2-piece, and no hole in either end.

Nice relics ModernMiner :icon_thumright: Noticed the heat not stopping you when there's a window of opportunity.

Cool ID on the hame tip Montana Jim :icon_thumright:

Just a WAG on the copper engraved piece. Could it be a trigger guard from a gun?

Nice finds MM!!! The valve stem in the pic with the brass hane top is from an "A" Model Ford I believe. WTG and stay cool.
