Saturday and Sunday for me favorite swimming hole. I need to find somewhere new but it's close to the house so if I need to run back to the house it's close.

Ouch! Being accustomed to working nights that is about the time I go to sleep, but I'll head out there. L.K. Park, right? How's the water level of the river these days?

Went out this morning water is low plenty of room to do some digging but plenty of trash. Came home with a pocket full of change. Was going back and forth on my TDI Pro high tone and all sometimes I just don't want to dig up all that trash.

Sounds good. I'll get out there as early as I can tomorrow.

If you show up early you don't have to pay the 5$ at the park entrance. That is why I go out early. We park by the portable bath rooms. We use to park on the river bank but sheriff dept have been showing up and giving tickets so we just park in the parking lot. The bathrooms are clean and there is a store when you come into town about 20 sec drive from the park.

Thanks. Would a sand scoop be better? I haven't been out there in a few months and can't remember how fine the sand is in that area of the river.

Depends on how tough your scoop is sometime i have to dig deep to find that coin

Ok, I'll just bring everything and figure out what will work best one I get there. Although my Etrac and MXT probably can't punch down as deep as your PI machine.
