I agree. I'll bet there are some nice old fireplaces and woodwork and a few other goodies in there
that could be brought to life. That would be a beautiful place if properly restored.
I'll also bet that there are some grand old coins and relics in the soil around the house. A real
shame to see it torn down. I wouldn't mind having the right to go in and get what is salvageable
before the ball hits it.
What a waste to tear this place down. I hate hearing about these kind of things. If i were you i'd hunt the sh*t out of that yard before they get to it. Beautiful house btw.
If it does get torn down , imagine how much it would take to rebuild something like that again . (if you could find the materials)
You dont find lumber today like what they used in those days.
