I left the house at 4:20 am and meet up with Patric at 6:20 am in Chicago for a 10 1/2 hour hunt. Perfect weather!!!!! Great location!!! super company!!! and lots of finds!!
We were hunting lightly scraped dirt, with up to 7 hunters there we all just kept going over to the same spots all day but still kept pulling good finds all day. No wonder a place is never hunted out. In one area I personally hit at least 3 time I hot a stack of 3 wheat's an inch deep. How they got missed I don't know.
Stupid traffic for the stupid drive back.
My finds were 2 Mercs, 1 Rosy, 2 tokens, a 1865 Two Cent piece, 24 wheat's and a double handfull of clad.
1St pic is on the clad and Misc. stuff. Lots of keys.
