Child birth pain,Overrated?

I borrowed this from someone else. I changed one word to groin for this forum. ( Archie Bunker called it a "groan" )

If ya ever tell the wife you hurt something, why do they always say "I went thru Childbirth so that aint nothing compared to that". I say getting kicked in the groin is way more painful! Ive heard women say a few years after delivering "I think I want another. After getting kicked, Ive never said I think I want to get kicked in the groin again!!

I read a study recently that says that the kick is more painful. The childbirth lasts longer and is more gruelling, but the intesity of the pain is much less.

Also, women's ability to tolerate pain is less than men's due to their natural hormonal makeup. This is alsoo why a lot of painkillers don't work as well for women as they due for men.

Don't bet on that, try pushing a living human being out of your body with no meds! My middle son was 9 pounds 1 ounce and 23 inches long, I had an induced labor that lasted 6 hours, there is no pain like it, I promise you! Red
