The only semi-noteworthy finds are a pair of chinese keys (there's something magical about finding things in pairs) and a little minnie mouse ring, which, interestingly, has "italy" stamped on the back. I figured that stamp would imply that it's a silver ring, but man, I can't get this thing to shine.

Your 'Minnie' is an "imposter"--so says my daughter--adding: "The real Minnie has eyelashes, this one does not".
I'll stay out of that potential argument.
Interesting finds, nevertheless.

Looks like you got a pair of "Happy Cyclops Keys"
Always fun to get a Disney character but unfortunately your Minnie is not Silver
Congratulations on your finds.
