choc. chip cookie dough 18oz
powdered sugar 3 cups
peanut butter 1 cup
margerine, softened 2 Tbs
water 1/4 cup
choc. chips melted 1 cup
press cookie dough into bottom of pie pan and bake for 14 to 18 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown.
cool for 15 minutes.
mix powdered sugar, peanut butter, margerine and water. If needed add more water 1 tsp. at a time until nice and smooth.
spread this mixture over the cookie pie crust.
melt chocolate chips and spread over top.
