It strongly favors a MM# 313 or a MM# 324. It is not a MM# 386. That has a diameter of only 0.581.

The reason I said mm# 386 is because the bullet in the picture does not look like a .70cal bullet to me. If it indeed is a .70cal bullet then dnewbury2 is probable close on his id.
