The Virginia is in INCREDIBLE shape. Silver plated by any chance? Then is your Eagle a staff officer's? The thing with the long, thin slit looks like an accordion reed (or concertina). Your lower left got cut off in the pic. Buckle? Is that leather on it? I see what appears to be a railroad button. Don't know about your small bullet. Those two buttons look SWEET. Both excellent CW finds, man. I've never found either one. Congrats.

Where abouts in Va you located parsonwalker? I've dug 3 out of this location and always looking for hunting buddies.
