These are some finds from an engagement area from the Civil War. Check out the spur. It was the first find of the day. The silver coin was the second. The coin is in the what is it section with pictures. All in all, not a bad day. Few nice "minnies as well"

Most people are replying saying it is a Spanish Reale from the Potosi mint. I am not real familiar with them, but am slowly learning.
