High on a granite ridge overlooking a creek, I found this buckle in the leaves of a rock crevice. It appears to have Dogwood blooms on it. Have you seen any others like this or have other ideas? Thanks and happy hunting.

Nice find - however it is not a civil war wreath. It is a sash buckle wreath, judging by the size, most likely womens victorian era. Still very cool

"A high granite ridge overlooking a creek" Hmmmmm.... Sounds like a spot a fella' would take a lady...now why the hell would a belt buckle fall off there?
