Clad, clad clad, where's the silver
This past Sunday while everyone was out watching the hydroplane boat races, myself and two buddies hit the parks.
At the first one no one was finding much the first 5 minutes till I got noticeable sound and started digging,
17 dimes, two nickels and five quarters later I had 24 coins, Out of one hole.
And only one zinc penny had been found by the other two. I was kinda embarrassed, but in a good way.
Our second park yielded more for ALL of us,
The third park had a wheat come to one of my buds, and I found 6 quarters at one spot.
All toll, i had 65 coins in 3+ hours, not bad $ 6.99 but But no silver
One of my buddies ended up with 49 finds, and the third had over 40,
Kinda weird, really old parks, great amount of coins, just the silver got away.
PS One of the nice things to stop and look at was the BLUE ANGELS flying by every now and then.
Great fun for all
