I've encountered marbles before when i went coin hunting but never clay marbles...that's a old one. Congrats... :thumbsup:

thanks first clay one for me was little shocked to see it show up but i will take it

Most of my clays are out of privies, or from sifting, but I've nailed a couple that were in the hole with a coin. Any way you find them is fine!

out houses, yuk, i have dug pits to put them in place and grew up using them,, right now i am looking for the coin that went into one by axident :BangHead: it was in basement under hand poured concrete i tossed it to the side and forgot about it cleaned up an out it went

well it is 168 years old now and a skunk lives in it
