The second photo is not clear. Do you have a weight? Beach find or land? The only bit of info that can be discerned is that it was minted in Mexico City.

1729 to 1732 Mexico transitional clippe cob type. Unknown denomination, based on picture quality and unknown weight. In 1733 they went to style 1 milled one reals.
