Coburn Stage coach road.

Here is the photo of the road today. In 1896 the Bitter Creek Valley was a route of a daily stagecoach run that connected Billings with the former settlement of Coburn and the now forgotten rail line of Pryor Creek. The road was also used for cattle drives to the Billings markets. It was called the Resevation road, since the Crow Indians and other travlers used the route to access most destinations to the southeast ( places such as Hardin and Sheridan Wyoming).
