The dollar coin is a good start to a great year of detecting ! Best of luck, and in most cases we like the details like weather conditions, type of area detected, how deep, and etc. when you found your coins and relics.

Thanks for posting your finds with us Robert I'm sure there will be lots more. I wish I was in the Florida Keys Mel Fisher stole my dream finding all those Galleons that is like a dream. Have you seen his Museum!!! I would love to some day go there. He did pay a price though I think his Daughter and another family member died in the search.
