cold hunters can't be chosers!!!

so up and out yesterday, and a inch or so of snow... but with the hard ground i was forced to work the sandy banks along the river.. lots o junk but still made some finds none the less...clad, marbles, endstamps, bottle stop, and a newer pin from 1984. but i also found a nice fishing pole washed up.. a south bend 5' spinning rod... but at this lean hunting time of year i will take what i can find... best of digs to all :icon_salut: MR TUFF

not bad. At least you can get out and get some stuff. I'm waiting for this snow to melt we got 2 feet. That piece of bottle is from a Caldwell's Syrup Pepsin bottle. 1890's or so. I've dug some and that's the only way I know.
