Colonial Coppers and Silver

Hello T'Netters. Hit a site with Coin Sniffa this weekend. My first find is what I believe is a 1740 King George II farthing. I followed that up pretty quickly with a 1738 KG II Halfpenny and what I think is a 1787 Mailed Bust Connecticut copper. Coin Sniffa had predicted Spanish silver today and I was excited to see a nice 1743 Reale come out of the ground (my first). Pulled some more buttons and a chape and some pewter before finding a 179? Draped bust.

On the farthing, Lady Brittannia has a plug missing The hole does not go all the way through.

Thanks. Yes indeed. Between me and Coinsniffa, this spot has given up 19 coppers, 2 reales, 15 or so buttons, some real nice shoe buckles.

The funny thing VPR, is my first two hunts at this site, at found a lot of coppers but they were all Large Cents. I guess I had to get them out of the way first before the colonials started popping up
