So I dug this at a colonial site where British coppers and spanish silver had been dug and this coin came in at a weird number lower than usual coppers and is supper thin. I asked around about a year ago to no avail but I decided to do the ole pencil trick and you can def see more of it. I want to say i see the "OLUS" and maybe even "II" as in Charles. any ideas?

Cool old coin. Your pencil rubbings just took me back to the days of Treasure Found magazines where we regularly sent these in for an ID.
