Colonial Pocket Spills, Buckels, IH's, V Nickel, and More

Hit 2 different sites this weekend. Friday I went to a 1780's house I've been to multiple times before. I keep going over the same area and keep finding more that I've missed in the past. Somehow I managed to walk over a pocket spill of 3 copper coins. They were in pretty bad shape so it was rough finding out what they were. Turns out I had 2 Lower Canada Halfpenny Tokens. I was confused because on one side was an eagle (an American symbol) but on the other side, there was the Britannia symbol (which I thought was British). They say "halfpenny token" on the eagle side, along with the date. I found a 1814 and 1815. The other coin was different and much more worn. I had a hard time identifying it, but I think it's a George III regal copper from Ireland. I can clearly make out a male bust facing right on one side, along with the "VS" of Georgivs and some I's from the III. On the back I can sort of make out the bottom of the lyre/harp thing that's on the back. Can't make out a date though.

I went back on Saturday to see what I could find. Found this 1891 Canadian Silver 5 cent piece, and an 1884 V nickel. Also came across this cool buckle, but I'm not sure what kind it is.

Went to another old house nearby on Sunday. Found 3 IH's in one hole...all in very good shape. Dates are 1895, 1899, and 1903. Also found an undated buffalo nickel and this other buckle.

If you know anything about these buckles, please let me know!

There are just as many imitations of those "spread eagle tokens" as there is original issue. I'd say even more imitations and it's easy to tell because there is a weight difference. I always thought they are one of the cooler tokens and i have found several.

Even with little detail your Irish halfpenny? can most likely be id'ed down to a few years if you post a picture of both sides.

I honestly don't think it would matter. I can only see anything when it's in the perfect light source at the exact angle. A mixture of corrosion and pure wear makes it almost unidentifiable, and I can't get a picture of it that shows the details.

Edit: i actually got a decent one...you can see the right facing bust and the "vs" from georgivs on the upper left side.
