Confederate Dollar Value....Help

A friend of mine at work supposedly has a briefcase of confederate money that an uncle gave him years ago. He showed me a dollar bill today as an example and said he had a many more at home. He may want to sell them but neither of us know what they are worth. Here is a picture of a similiar dollar I saw today but probably a different date. Any idea of value on something like this? I realize the condition has alot to do with it.
