Confederate Stirrup?

Went back to the spot where I’ve found Confederate relics. It’s been pounded pretty hard, so I dug just about every reading, and I found this iron stirrup. I think I remember a similar stirrup being posted a while back and it was IDed as Confederate. What do you guys think? Thanks and Happy New Year!

I plan on putting it into an electrolysis bath in the next day or do, should come out pretty nice.
