smart % play -- of the mint "marked" coins by numbers struck between 1892 and 1905 ==the 1900 S is the most --thus % wize the most likely one, now if it had no mark (philly mint) 1899 was the logical pick.

I couldn't play --not from ill -- but my guess would been philly 1899 based on the % factor --twice as many as the 1900 S
