Like jeff of pa said, serial numbered notes like that are called a 'radar' note because the serial number reads the same forward and backwards like the word 'radar'. Always worth a premium to collectors, they are produced about 1 in 10,000 notes. I've only been able to find one in my change in my whole life. Yours is a really nice one.
