Davest, I don't have to pretend. 13 years ago at my age of 63, I lost everything when my home, car and motor home burned in a fire. It took my gun collection and everything else I owned. Oh, I still had an old 18' MH that didn't work which I lived in for app.1 year while I built a new home. The MH insurance co. took 8 Mo. to settle. So you see I lost everything I owned and I didn't see FEMA rushing in. Frank
