The 0 on the coin towards the bottom right looks really big is it a error coin?

No, it is just smushed in circulation. Post mint damage.

What you have to understand about all of these coins you keep showing is that doubling won't be isolated to one letter or number. There will be a slight spread to everything in the general location. In extreme cases the whole obverse or reverse will be affected. Look up some photos of "doubled" dies and you can see the effect.
