A couple quickies into the woods lead to a handful of targets. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1508953629.517563.jpg Mix of old and newer items. These are my favorites. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1508953695.340211.jpg The 1932 pool pass would have been sewn to a young ladies swim suit. Button reads "Made by the men, National, Cleveland"?
Any ideas what I have with these 2 items? Thanks for looking and any ideas on ID's. Heading to Vegas tomorrow, so no detecting for a while, but wish me luck...

Good luck out there!

I know that the item with the hook on it is an ice box latch!

Carolina Tom gets one right! DCMatt & NHBENZ aint got nothing on me.

Here is the one I found, and ran through the tumbler. Could not figure out what it was until I saw an antique ice box with one on it. Just in case there is any doubt about it, I attached a pic from the net of the handle and keeper.

PS: That swim tag is really sweet IMO.

Thanks for the quick ID! Man, they made their ice box latches really sturdy, this thing could be used as a hitch to pull a car... I've found several of these swim tags in the woods around this pool over the last 2 years. I have not seen many other old swim tags posted, maybe this was unique to this pool.

Nice finds. Be careful with the ticks. I have been taking Doxycycline for three weeks now for Lyme.

I'm with you on the tick caution. I had the Lyme a couple years ago, got into my neck joints, couldn't move. The Doxycycline made me ill, but still pop a couple if I get a tick now as a prophylactic. Wouldn't want to go through that again. Hang in there! The dangers of detecting in the North East...
