Went out yesterday morning and got up early to beat the cows again. Found a couple of really nice small ones, a thumb scraper, and then--dang it--footprints. I walked behind them and found the larger crude point and the really nice long red broken one. As you all know--it was hot.

Those were worth braving the heat. At least it's supposed to cool off around here. I'm still waiting for the water to drop in my favorite creek.

You did better that I did in the heat. I walked the Ohio River for 4 hours on Monday afternoon from 1 to 5 pm and found one broken base and a Scraper. It was around 90 and very humid. I hate days like that.

Congrats on your finds and thanks for the pics.

If I could find that many quality artifacts in the creeks around here I would never leave them! Congrats on all your sweet creek finds
