Hey Scotty! I suver from insomnia. I think it's really I suffer from WTF did I miss something!! ? I have found that scotch, good bourbon, and a combination of thee above... and beer... helps. If I don't go to sleep, my awake time is better!

The following is a response based upon Collegiate studies and personal observations.

Alcohol is a depressant.
Sure, initially, it is a stimulant.

One with problems such as insomnia should not drink. Period.

Flying against the thesis conclusions that I've written about,
I sometimes drink some beer.
I rarely drink distilled spirits, but sometimes have some fine wine to accompany a meal.

As for the cannabis.....
I believe that some specific THC compounds have therapeutic applications.

So, hit and pass!

I mean...Hit and miss...

Tying up a few loose ends today,
I thought I'd go by the grocery store and pick up some chicken wings for tomorrow.
Some BBQ sauce and some wing sauce, too.
