Ken picks me up around 8:30 and off we sail to the battery store to drop off two Excalibur battery pods so the batteries can be replaced.

Then we head to the big rocks and find a very rich environment and we all dig to our hearts content. John meets us today and he ends the guru’s ring streak – john finds his first tungsten ring and a skullcross.

Ken finds gray matter and clad and I hit a smaller cross and 1 very kewl looking FD button – my first ever fire department button – not sure if it is old or modern– PLEASE ADVISE ON YOUR THOUGHTS. –thanks…….we all find plenty of gray matter today.

Friday may find us here again, weather sounds bad in the afternoon and maybe no hunt on sat. – stand by for that.
