OK, here is my "history" with K-Co, and I just wondered if it was normal??
- bought my MD = came quick, no issues!
- had a follow up email saying "I am your personal detector guy" for any issues...
- couldn't get much response to technical issues but did get reply when I asked about buying spares??
- can NEVER contact anyone on the "live chat" feature/
- filled in the online form* asking to buy a TN 808 2-box (not much change from $1000!) but got a reply about a Gemini or something??
- emailed back saying no, I want the TN 808!! NO REPLY!
- filled in another online form asking about the 808 - still no reply!!
is it just me they don't like
(*you cant view the cost of the 808, you have to "click for quote")
