Me and the wifey didnt find much today but the few we found were nice! First bank we went to, bought $200 in CWR and was a complete skunk, they were all marked. Next bank we went to told us on the phone they had over $300. Drive across town only to find out they only sold change to members of the bank. How messed up is that? It's not like we were ordering a box or something, they had it on hand in the vault. The keyholder was just too darn lazy to get off her you know what and get them out. We are starting to see that a lot lately. Like you call and they immediately say no we don't have any. Pure laziness. Anyways, stopped at the 3rd and last bank and bought $440 in CWR. Found 3 keepers. 1968 D , 1937 Walking Liberty (First) , and an 1894 O Barber (First)!!! We haven't found anything older than a 1964 Kennedy and we find 2 older ones! Skipped right over Mr. Franklin lol!

Happy Hunting

Nice hunt, too bad they aren't in better shape. Still a great hunt though, nice old silver.

Good finds. I would be happy to find those old beat up coins any day.
Bet they have some stories to tell.
Wonder how many times that barber half has traded hands.
