Any idea on these small finds for day 2?

The 8mm round is marked GFL, maybe a round designed to fire blanks from a pistol?

A strange iron ring was found on a field, maybe to hold chains/ropes for a plough?

and a button or stud of some kind.

The 'stud like' object is the lid to an old tube; like toothpaste etc..(look inside for the thread)

No idea on the others. Keep at it.

The iron ring looks more like a spacer than chain/harness related.

Can always do some electrolysis to clean the iron ring off a bit. More detail may help ID it better, may even be marked somewhere that could be seen once the rust is off of it.

Zodiacdiverdave gave me a tip in another post to use apple cider vinegar to clean off the rust so I will drop this ring in with my block of iron.
