Decided Sat. To hunt a lot ive had my eye on for quite some time, pulled up early to see if I could find someone who had info on the owner, seen a older gentleman across the street sitting on his porch drinking his morning cup of coffee so I decided to go ask. Turns out he owned the property, his mother lived on the property and recently just passed at 92 years old. Said she moved onto the property in the 30's with his dad and he was born in 1936 in the house, sadly he had the house razed being in such horrible condition and is in progress of selling the land. He had no problem with me detecting and was curious on what I would find. Said I can keep anything I found as long as he was able to see it first. I will be out there again next week to hunt again and show him my finds from last weekend. Cant wait!!! Said his dad hated banks and did not trust them. Hidden cache? Lets hope. My best finds are the six companies tool check tag, they were the company that built the Hoover Dam,

and the Rolex, not sure if the Rolex is real but still a heartstopper. And apparently I owned a radiator shop. Lol

Man....you really came out with a lot of goodies. Awesome

Another nice "day". JEESH!!!

WOW...that is a crap load of finds...so much fun right there !!!!

Congrats...definitely get back there for another hunt !!!

Great hunt Ray...finding all the different bits and pieces is always exciting. Ray's radiator tag is very cool. I don't think folks faked a Rolex, way back when, it could be authentic! What's the piece with the eagle and crossed swords / stars on it?
Good Stuff............

Thanks wildcarrot, I was wondering myself on that piece also, the back doesn't look like it was a button, and if you look closely one of the swords is actually a key? I have no clue. Hope someone on here can help.

It just keeps on rolling for you Ray Ray - the consistency of your decent finds is remarkable ( that's why I keep remarking on it !) What is it about
Las Vegas ? It seems like it is just loaded with sites that are accessible to you, and the sites are loaded with goodies too - AMAZING !

" Ray Ray's Radiator Shop" has a nice ring to it !!!!!!!!!!!!

If I can possibly get near Vegas in the next year or so, I'd love to PM you and go dig in the dirt all day with you !!!

Wow RayRay, you're a digging machine. My mother lives in Vegas, and I swear, if I happen to be in Vegas, I'm gonna go hunting with you. :-)

That would be great to dig with you all, plenty of empty lots here, my bag has gotten fuller thanks to my Pro and hitting the areas everyone else is scared to venture into.

I like that A.T&T sign also.

Ray- I see 13 stars around a wagon wheel on this token/coin. What do you think? I've been lookin' everywhere for info. What does the back look like?

Awesome Finds ... Shaweeeet day diggin for sure !!! I had a Fake Rolex they have Plastic parts on the inside and do not weigh as much as a Gold one would . I found Mine on the ground at a park , aint no wonder they dropped it LOL ... sold it at a Yard Sale for $25.00 ... :laughing7:

Just had wonderful time looking at your finds, some nice ones from long ago! :icon_thumleft: Glad the owner was so hospitable. He will certainly enjoy seeing many items from the 75+ years his family lived on that property. Maybe you'll dig some toy vehicles from his own childhood there. And hey, sure hope you find coin or currency stash! HAVE FUN! Andi

Very eclectic finds, everything and the kitchen sink as they say. I love the namesake tag. That's the best, the military pieces are interesting.
Great finds, good work Ray!

Just found some info on this, it signifies Quartermaster for our armed forces. Based on the design this is from before 1912 when the design changed raising the eagles head above the wings. Still cant find a pic of this actual pin/button. If anyone can find out more about this please let me know. Thanks.
