I figured I wouldn't be able to detect anymore but some long rain storms have washed the snow away but sadly the ground is still frozen. I think it's actually worse when you can see all the grass but the ground isn't "dig-able". Some real strong winds have been battering the shores of Lake Superior around here and the beach there isn't frozen so I headed out for a quick detect. I would assume this is the last hunt of the year....maybe.

The shore has been removed and I hoped for something cool to have washed out.

This really surprised me coming out the ground...I may have scratched it a little but 1912 is a fine year for a coin on this beach.
