I got an email that I'm a lucky winner of tickets to go to the popular Antiques Roadshow coming to Littleton, Colorado May 29th. 😊. I'm gonna take these English chambersticks I purchased at a thrift store in 2020. I haven't decided what my second item will be yet. https://www.treasurenet.com/threads/my-silver-haul.644684/#post-6632447
I hadn't cleaned these chambersticks since I purchased them, so I'm getting them ready for the show and I must say they sure will look pretty when both are finished. I wonder what they'll appraise for? Last time Antiques Roadshow was going to be in Colorado my daughter won tickets and we were excited to get to go, but the covid dealeo canceled it. 😔 Hopefully nothing like that will happen this time.

Congratulations! That is awesome. My daughter and I have been trying for three years to get tickets. No luck so far. I have at least three things I would like to have looked at. Two of them are real mysteries and I more interested in information than I am in value. Value wouldn't be bad though.

Some people apply at all the events scheduled so the can sell the tickets, so there is that option if you know where to look. The family applied for 5 total tickets and I was the only one to received a win. I did attend one in Salt Lake City some years back. Paintings and prints had a huge line waiting to be appraised I recall. Seems a lot of folks are curious about their art. Most I'm pretty sure had little value.
