Heading down there in August. Are there any laws due to detecting on the beach there that I need to know about?? Thanks.

I believe there are restrictions on both beaches,

you may want to check with the local city hall to get informed of the laws there.

My buddy lives in Destin, and has told me some horror stories about detectorist getting stiff fines, etc. because of certain areas being off limits.
