Detect that land before you sell it!!!

I friend of mine was telling me about a property they just sold, he stated that he went around the land with a metal detector before selling the land. A family member of his had passed away and remembered being told stories of Grandpa buring money in the yard. They had to do some updates to the property to help sell it, so while there he decided to metal detect it. As he told me they found close to 15 jars of money from different times in the back yard. WOW, didn't forget to use that machine in your closet for everything you get a chance to search.....
