Detecter question garrett gta 350

So I haven't detected for 3 years had to sell my whites dfx after a breakup for an apartment deposit lol. Been really missing it and I was given a garret gta 350. I know it's not like having a dfx but wondered if anyone has used this machine and any info would be awesome. I haven't even put batteries in it yet.
