Dicovered that i had an interesting piece.

Hi all, a couple months ago I posted I had found the center fragment if a civil war sword plate.

Around that same time, about 75 miles away in another field, I found the other piece to one and didn't even know it until yesterday. I found the slot plate, or keeper plate to the other side of the belt that the buckle hooked into! I sure am glad I never throw any items away that look "interesting". Several months ago I did the same thing with a batwing sling tip I held onto because I thought it mite have been a decorative piece of somekind!
