1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. INTERNET ACCESS IS REQUIRED TO ENTER. You have not yet won. Kellyco Metal Detectors Dig & Donate (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to those who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of March 23, 2015. The Kellyco Metal Detectors, Inc. "Sponsor" and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and members of the immediate family (the "Sweepstakes Entities") and persons living in the same household of each, are ineligible.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD/DESCRIPTION: The Sweepstakes begins on or about 10:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on March 23, 2015 and ends at 4:00:00 PM ET on July 20, 2015 ("Promotion Period"). There will be one (1) random drawing for each available prize (minimum 16) from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes you must mail in a minimum donation of ten (10) pull tabs to Kellyco Metal Detectors at 1085 Belle Avenue, Winter Springs, FL 32708. Donations must be received at Kellyco by the end of the Promotion Period. A Donation Form must accompany all submissions. The Donation Form includes entrants Full Name, Mailing Address, Email Address and Total Quantity of pull tabs being donated. A copy of the Donation Form can be found at: Dig And Donate - Metal Detectors For Sale - Kellyco Metal Detectors. Participants may enter multiple times. Each entry must include the minimum pull tab donation amount (ten) and the completed Donation Form. You may get up to (1) bonus entry by posting a photo of yourself with your pull tabs via Instagram and use the following hashtags: #TABS4HOPE #KELLYCO
4. WINNER SELECTION: There will be one (1) winner selected for each available prize by the Administrator on or about five (10) business days after the Promotion Period ends, from among all eligible entries received during that applicable Promotion Period. Prize Winners will be notified by phone, mail or email or the Sweepstakes Entities may simply mail the Prize Winners their respective prize to the address provided upon entry. Non-winning entries will not be carried over into subsequent Weekly Drawings, if any. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. By entering, all entrants and winners hereby consent to the use by the Sweepstakes Entities of their entry and all information contained therein, including but not limited to, name, likeness, image, statements and/or other indicia of persona, and personally identifiable information (collectively "Likeness"), for any and all uses and purposes in any media now known or hereinafter developed throughout the world (including the World Wide Web) without additional consideration (where legal), consent or prior review, and upon request will provide written consent to such use. Kellyco has launched a world-wide effort to collect as many pull-tabs as possible. As metal detectorists we tend to look at these small pieces of aluminum as the arch nemesis of treasure hunting, but we're taking the opportunity to turn this negative into a positive. Starting March 23rd we're asking everyone to send in their pull tabs to be collected at Kellyco. In return for your donation you'll be entered to win one of many metal detector or metal detecting accessory prizes which have been graciously donated by our leading manufacturers; Fisher, Garrett, Minelab, Nokta and White's Electronics.

Also on this date we'll be commemorating the 300th anniversary of the 1715 Fleet as well as hosting special guests such as representatives from our manufacturers. (Rumor has it there will be various celebrity appearances too, so stay tuned!)
