Diggers made me do it!

​I was watching tv last night and I started watching "Diggers". So today, with nothing going on I figured I would give it a shot.....TEMP outside 99 plus humidity. I lasted about an hour b4 I had to call it quits. Ended up with 2 pencil erasers, 1 screw, 2 memorials, and a small necklace thingy. Had fun but way to hot.

Work up to it. Stay out a little longer next time. It is all about how you dress and stay hydrated. The main thing is to cover and cool the back of your neck (thyroid-body temperature control) with a wet handlkerchief or towel. Keep the sun off of your face with a hat, wear loose fitting cotton button-up shirts and loose fitting jeans. I grew up in central California and learned from the farm workers that this keeps you cooler while you work! Happy Hunting, Sub
