โ€‹I was watching tv last night and I started watching "Diggers". So today, with nothing going on I figured I would give it a shot.....TEMP outside 99 plus humidity. I lasted about an hour b4 I had to call it quits. Ended up with 2 pencil erasers, 1 screw, 2 memorials, and a small necklace thingy. Had fun but way to hot.

That you made it out is what's important. I know what you mean though. I'm doing more and more shadow hopping these days. :)

Nice finds! Congrats on baking, uh, I mean getting out.
Ok, how long did they keep you in the ER and how many pounds did you sweat off?
99 plus humid, that is just...too hot!
Glad you survived and were able to post!

Work up to it. Stay out a little longer next time. It is all about how you dress and stay hydrated. The main thing is to cover and cool the back of your neck (thyroid-body temperature control) with a wet handlkerchief or towel. Keep the sun off of your face with a hat, wear loose fitting cotton button-up shirts and loose fitting jeans. I grew up in central California and learned from the farm workers that this keeps you cooler while you work! Happy Hunting, Sub 8-)

Yeah we are a Long way from Fall. The weather doesn't really cool down until about the 3rd college football game of the year on average

I'm down on the lower end and we still don't get as cold as the upstate.

LOL It wasn't much of a "nectar sector"..They do put on a pretty good show.

I love to find erasers on a miserable day! I use them to remove my diary entries of the addictive hunts I'm so prone to do.....bake well, Al.
