Displaying your favorite finds

I've been metal detecting for about a year and I've found a few interesting things, some old, some valuable and some I just like. My wife bought me a display case from an antique shop that use to be an optometrist display. And also a drawer that I hung to display Civil War bullets. I haven't decided how to show my larger iron relics yet. I was curious how other people show or store their better finds. I actually have a room just for my metal detecting stuff complete with a desk and all for studying and cleaning my finds. I'd like to see some other t net members displays.

Thanks, my wife says i have issues because i clean my MD after EVERY hunt. lol Same thing goes for my motorcycle or anything else i own. I just like to keep things nice. It took a lot of hard work to get them. The grand kids and visitors love looking at the display whenever they come over too.

Nice. That's a good idea. I've got some catching up to do with those finds. So far my oldest find is 1820s-30s

those are just samples- those are older pics - wish I was smart and bought 2nd end table - wish I had bought 2nd coffee table too - I posted awhile ago - and others bought them out - the compartments are actually deeper than they look - I put foam and covered with material that kind of matches the wood and raised finds closer to the glass

Someday, when I find the time, I'll put some of my stuff in shadow boxes and hang them.
