Does anyone know anything about this cannon?

I bought this cannon at an antique shop. Can anyone tell me about what years it was used, if it was for land, sea, or other, and about what it is worth? The barrel is about 39 inches long, the bore is about 2 and 1/4 inches across, and the height of the wheels is about 18 inches. Thanks for any help.

I agree it does'nt look to be or have ever been functional. Just decorative is deffinetly what this apears to be.

What made me think it might have been used at some time is that it looks like the fuse hole has been spiked.

Modern decorator cannon, never meant to shoot even as a signal piece. Hope you didn't give a lot for it unless you like such things for decor.
